I always thought the “friendzone” term had more to do with a relationship than sex. Like, one person is interested in another, but that other person isn’t interested in return. Like a “just friends” situation. (I see it more often applied to situations where the other person is oblivious to the interested persons feelings.)
Unless I’m wrong?
